Objective of the seminar

This seminar shows the employees in the department of safety management how eControl is able to effectively support and reliably demonstrate the operation of a safety management system.  eControl provides safety management with a comprehensive set of instruments for a variety of different tasks, which are explained step-by-step using practical examples.
It is demonstrated how a standardisation and methodologically faultless procedure can be implemented through the use of this set of instruments.
Risk management is a central component of safety management and is taught from the search of the data flow of the operational departments through the initial risk assessment by safety management to the connection with the risk database of the company, using a risk assessment as a basis. The introduction and tracking of corrective and preventive actions, if necessary based on information learned from a study process that also has a standardised form, is looked into in greater depth as the basis of a process management system.
Another key point is the universal audit management of eControl, which is taught using the audit catalogues provided by Arconda AG.
