eControl supports the planning, documentation, communication, research and reporting of operationally-relevant information. Unstructured databases consisting of E-mail systems, word-processing files, spreadsheets etc. are transferred without the need for additional capture to a standardised database system.
For larger-scale processes which therefore require a considerably greater documentation than standard procedures - e.g. in the case of material damage - the traffic controller, the relevant fire brigade and claim settlement company have access to the same electronic document. The objective is uniform and correct information which has been consolidated by different employees and areas as required.
By means of a flexible assignment of reporting areas, events can be filtered and reported in a target-oriented way. Of course there is also the possibility - provided that the appropriate authorisation exists - of filtering certain event types throughout the company.
The web application eControl makes these databases available on every Intranet PC without the need for installation and user-friendly, intuitive operator guidance is the basis of user acceptance.

Prioritization System
eControl offers the prioritization of events according to prioritization specifications which are company-specific adjustable. The respective prioritization offers a filtering of department or general daily reports and thus another evaluation option.
