The evaluation and analysis of the database is a significant performance component of eControl. The system provides numerous reports to support the operational area and various statistics for the identification of trends and correlations.
For each statistic or each report, report generators with a great variety of selection, sorting and grouping possibilities are available for the intended retrieval.
The classification of events and checks into report areas provides for departments and functions separate, clear reports, condensed to show the relevant information in each case. In daily reports all the available information is combined chronologically area by area in support of the day-to-day business. Compendia extract data from the daily reports for the regular monitoring of all operational areas by the control functions.
Every report, every statistic and diagram data can be exported as an XML file.

eControl dynamically offers every report field defined by the customer in event-specific search dialogues for research.
During a search user-specific complex authorisations are taken into consideration, whereby eControl presents data either partly or not at all anonymised depending on the given authorisation situation.
eControl can store complex report settings reproducibly. Several of these report settings can be merged to one cockpit. Public cockpits can be suggested for display to any number of users (cf. Dashboard KPI). In this way it is possible to continuously and fully automatically provide "fresh" codes for decision makers, without differentiated information about the data provision being required here.
