A peculiarity of electronic forms is that it is not obvious whether and which changes have been made to the data.
eControl however documents, in addition to forms and checklists, every change to data throughout the system and without exception.
For each data change it can also be proved who has overwritten which value, when and how. eControl is therefore reliable and provides a legally watertight audit trail.
Data manipulation can also be proved by the system operator independently without in-depth system knowledge. For forms and checklists a clear indication of all data changes is also given, in order to process complex workflows for the user simply and in a way that can be understood.
The audit trail functionality is implemented at the level of the database system and can also not be avoided by a user with direct access to the database.
