eControl supports the e-mail communication of the users continuously. A standardised e-mail dialogue is prepared which is scarcely different from known e-mail clients and thus does not require any readjustment on the part of the user.
A user can send a form or a checklist at any time with attachments etc. via the integrated e-mail client.
Links enable the direct entry from the e-mail client of the recipient into the relevant event in eControl.
Essentially each system printout can be sent as a PDF attachment via the integrated e-mail client.
In addition to the system users, private and public contacts are provided, merged if required in e-mail distributors or what are referred to as categories.
The e-mail client of eControl enables information to be sent conveniently - there should be no interruptions to the e-mail system of the customer.
