For every form and for every checklist or routine check any notification rules can be stored with the software module eControl notifier:
eControl provides an SQL generator, in order to be able to illustrate every possible notification situation - e.g. -:
If, during the routine "fence check", the stage "fence status" shows the fault "intentional damage", the security service should be fully automatically informed by e-mail.
Provided that a suitable UMS (Unified Messaging System) exists, the notification can also be sent as a text message or fax.
The number of notification rules is unlimited and the rules are applied regularly and if necessary notifications as indicated are sent continuously and fully automatically within a few seconds.
With regard to the observance of the requirements of data protection, prior to sending every e-mail eControl checks the individual authorisations of the recipient and only sends the information for which the recipient has been explicitly authorised.
